Now Accepting Submissions
PREVO's most open competition ever. Short films of any genre — narrative, documentary, experimental — from filmmakers at every level. No festival history required. No production date restrictions. If you made it, we want to see it.
Why Submit to PREVO
Every submission is reviewed before it goes live. Your work joins a curated catalogue — not an algorithm-sorted feed where no one finds anything.
Competition films are voted on by real subscribers across five categories — Best Picture, Acting, Cinematography, Writing, and Music — with live tallies updated in real time.
Top-voted films in each category advance to a panel of entertainment professionals for final judging and live feedback. Real people, working in the industry, watching your film.
Winners are announced at a livestreamed awards show this August. Industry judges offer feedback in front of a live audience. Your film gets a moment — not an email.
How to Submit
Email everything to submissions@prevostreaming.com — we review every submission and follow up within seven days.
A download link, Vimeo or Google Drive URL, or file attachment — whichever works for you.
One or two sentences on what the film is about. Who does it follow, and what's at stake?
Tell us who you are. School affiliation, production company, or just your name — whatever applies.
A high-resolution poster or still image for your film's listing page on PREVO. Helps your film stand out in the catalogue, but we can work with a frame grab if you don't have one.
Submissions are open now through July 5. One email is all it takes.

Beyond the Competition
The Summer Showcase has a deadline, but PREVO doesn't. We accept short film submissions year-round for our general catalogue — no competition entry required. Same curated library, same audience, same editorial coverage in The Weekend Read.
Film file or link, a logline, and optional poster or thumbnail.
Same address — submissions@prevostreaming.com
Any filmmaker, any background, any genre. If it's a short film and you made it, send it.
No deadline. We review submissions on a rolling basis and follow up with next steps.
